Mytholygi video

Still from video

Mytholygi is a video that explores cultural spheres across the globe, using the rythms of animation, sound and vocals. The visuals are made of stop-motion animation, combining this with a sound track of vocals, electronics and sampling techniques. The visuals were filmed in India and in Sweden, contemplating ancient and contemporary culture using new technologies.

Mytholygi was awarded at the New York Exposition of Short Film and Video, the Special Jury's Award by Sally Berger, Curator at MoMa, and Jonathan Crary, Art theorist, Columbia University, New York
